Christmas time is here. Happiness and cheer. Fun for all that children call their favourite time of year. 

Here at Have Fun HQ, our holiday soundtrack is the Charlie Brown Christmas album (maybe you can make it yours too). We love how wistful, joyful, and melodramatic it is. Really captures the feel of the time of year don't you think? We made this blend to fit that Charlie Brown sized hole in your heart. It is a cup of cheer that even a chronic pessimist can enjoy.

 This coffee is a blend of one of our Monkaaba favourites, Didier Ortega's Pink Bourbon, and a new-to-us Guatemalan Producer Jaime Sanchez's Natural Processed Catuai. Jaime's natural brings us beautiful fruity and chocolately notes, while Didier's Pink Bourbon adds a touch of washed complexity in florals and citrusy notes.

An absolute gem in the cup, this coffee is cozy and comforting like a warm blanket in front of the fire place. Share it with friends and family, and your enemies too, even they deserve a good cup of coffee during the holidays

This coffee performs excellently in filter as a pour-over, batch brew, and is a real treat in the aeropress. On espresso the flavours intensify and work great as a standard espresso ( I like to add a bit of water to it), and SINGS with milk. Nothing crazy going on here, for filter start with a 16-17:1 ratio, and for espresso 2.1:1 in 27-31 seconds(set-up depending!).
