On his farms Luis \u0026amp; his daughter grow many varietals, including this \u003cstrong\u003eCaturra \u003c\/strong\u003ethat is separated for natural processing.\u003cstrong\u003e \u003c\/strong\u003eLa Bendición is a true celebration of bio-diversity, with many indigenous trees and plants grown there to promote healthy soil and a balanced eco-system. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cmeta charset=\"utf-8\"\u003eThey are meticulous and thorough, engineering a stable environment and logging as many of the factors that influence how coffee grows.
