SUNSHINE DAYDREAM

Blossom's blooming, caught up in sunlight, walking through the tall trees, down by the riverside. Like a ray of sunshine for your mouth and your mind, Sunshine Daydream is here to steal the face right off your head. It has everything delightful and everything you need, like a breeze in the pines in the summer night moonlight, it is crazy in the sunlight yes indeed. Here is a thoughtful blend of a sweet Pink Bourbon from Don Pastor Ordoñez and a punchy Ethiopian Landrace from Tebe Melge Washing Station. Together these coffees are phenomenal; two unlikely forces fluctuating in time, falling into lockstep to move your heart, mind and body.

Get on the bus!!

We got way too into the Grateful Dead when we starting roasting coffee two years ago. We needed moving and shaking music to keep us going on our productions days and sure enough we stumbled into the Dead's unbelievable catalogue of live shows, we were hooked. We were listening to multiple live concerts a week, delving to find our favourite songs from our favourite eras.

A concert tape is much like the experience of a cup of coffee; a hot beginning, settling into a middle groove where everything opens up, and the lingering finish. We wanted Sunshine Daydream to be like our favourite Dead tapes that convey a tapestry of complexion - and are actually just a really fun good time.

Sonny's favourite tape is Dick's Picks Vol. 14: Boston - Nov. 30 + Dec. 2nd, 1973

Kelly's favourite tape is Dick's Picks Vol. 29 - May 19 + 21, 1977
