Have Fun. Coffee is a small roastery in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia. we specialize in roasting fresh, seasonal coffee that is ethically and transparently sourced by our amazing partners.
We believe in making good coffee fun & accesible, while maintaining the importance of transparency and sustainability in the industry. we hope to do that, one cup at a time.

Have Fun. Coffee is owned by Sonny Adamski(right) and his brother Luke Adamski(left). They are joined by roastery manager Kelly Macneil and other key members of our sister businesses Cafe Goodluck & Dairy Bar.
Outside of the roastery we have many amazing partners that help us connect with the best producers, and bring their beautiful coffee's to the maritimes.
having fun is serious work.
you gotta have the right tools for the job. in addition to tasting every batch of coffee we roast we track each one on Cropster roasting software, using three precise thermocouples installed strategically in the roaster.
It then goes through our colour sorter, picking out bad off-coloured beans. it is then sent through a destoner, and finally hand sorted before being bagged.
we also employ the use of a coffee colour meter and a refractometer.
the colour meter allows us to track the colour and development of our whole & ground coffee, ensuring our roast degree is correct.
refractometers allows us to check the strength of our coffee when brewed, ensuring that each coffee is easy to brew with :).
